Free parking is available onsite in a small lot located immediately adjacent to the Railtown Depot, and a larger lot located just to the west and across the tracks from the Depot.
The grounds at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park are fully accessible to persons with disabilities. Certain exhibits and programs, including train rides, have limited accessibility, due to factors such as narrow, historic stairways and door openings on railroad passenger cars. A mobility lift is available and can accommodate chairs and walkers. The historic cars can accommodate chairs with widths of 28″ and narrower, however, the park also has a transfer chair available.
