Apple Harvest Day

Celebrate Apple Harvest Day at Railtown 1897 on Saturday, October 6, 2018. Apple Harvest Day celebrates the history of apple production in Tuolumne County—which dates back to the early days of the gold rush—and the Sierra Railway's part in both promoting apple cultivation and transporting the produce and products. Railtown 1897 is proud to offer family-friendly "Harvest Haunt Express" train rides on all four weekends in October 2018. Tricks, Treats and Train Rides offers families a safe and fun trick or treat location and delightful, not frightful, Halloween activities. Hosted from 5 to 8 p.m., tickets include various candy stations, a magic show, theme crafts and games, and more.
